More random questions because meh

Hey everyone. I don't have much to talk about, so rather than having you read about the weather, let's do another set of questions.

What part of pop culture do you wish would just go away?
- People who are famous and think that fame puts them above the law/being a considerate citizen of the planet

What is your favorite salty snack?
- I don't get them that often, but the Lays wavy hickory BBQ chips.

What song do you love to dance to?
- If I'm with my college friends, there are a good number of songs with some history in the group, but I'm going to go with Sandstorm.

What was your most embarrassing hair style?
- There was a point as a kid where the hairstylist said I had a ducktail. I just kind of went with it.

If you could have a drink with someone from history who would it be?
- My mindset was pretty US-centric, so I'll say FDR.

What is the furthest west you have traveled?
- Phoenix, Arizona, which was less than a year ago. Before that... Valley City, North Dakota.

What is the funniest thing you have heard a child say?
- Oh, there have been plenty of funny things but I can't think of a good example offhand. I should probably move forward for the sake of time.

What vegetable do you hate?
- I know it's a fungi, but I'm still saying mushroom. It's definitely a combination of the taste and texture.

Have you ever been mentioned in the newspaper?
- Yes, in my hometown newspaper. I think I was actually mentioned a few times over the years through a combination of theater, music groups, and getting college scholarships.

If you could live in any other country for 2 years where would you go?
- I mean, I'd say Ireland because of my previous experience and English would still take me far. However, if we're talking 2 years, I kind of want to switch it up and Italy (and since I said Ireland on a similar question in a previous set of questions).

Do you believe in God?
- Yes, including the fact that I just can't know everything there is to know about existence and different things about religion.

If you could see 24 hours into the future what would you do with this ability?
- Is this a one-time thing or can I do this any time I choose? I'm assuming the second one, and I'm going to avoid the common answer of rigging sports bets & lottery tickets. Hmm... I could see if I had to waste time waiting around in a day and then figure out how to make the situation better.

What is the worst physical pain you have ever been in?
- *KNOCKS ON WOOD* I've actually been pretty good when it comes to health. Still, if I had to pick something, I was kicked in the head in elementary school gym where I passed out for a few seconds.

In what way are your parents out of date?
- My dad doesn't do much with technology. So, this would be things like email and social media. He does it sometimes but it's pretty minimal. At the same time, what's the big deal? He does what he does.

What are you afraid of?
- Complete isolation & emptiness.

Do you have faith in the next generation? Why?
- I do, because the next generation will have more knowledge & technology available to them than ever before. I mean, I hope they put it all to good use, but I do have faith.

What makes you laugh?
- Verbal humor, puns, and quips usually work for me.

What exotic pet would you like to have?
- Exotic pet? Well, my sister had a hedgehog once and I think having one of my own would be kind of cute.

What are your marketable skills?
- Eh, you're getting into LinkedIn territory, so meet me there and ask the same question.

Who taught you to cook?
- Little bit my mom, little bit an ex, and a little bit by Michelle. I do acknowledge that you still have a long ways to go.

What color underwear are you wearing
- Blue, which is pretty common. Moving on.

What single piece of technology makes your life easier?
- Well, my smartphone is a front runner. If I had to pick a specific thing within the smartphone, I'd say having Google calendar for reminders and keeping my phone & computer in sync.

What do you miss from your childhood?
- Those truly lazy summer weekends when there wasn't anything resembling work to do.

What do you do to impress someone you are attracted to?
- Get them to laugh, even if I have to break out some puns.

Alright, another page down, plenty more to go. For now, though, it's time to rest. Tomorrow will be International Day of Non-violence, National Diversity Day, World Smile Day, & National Custodial Workers Day.

DFTBA
