Hey everyone. Similar to yesterday, today was mainly spent chugging along. Since I'll be gone for most of next week, I'm starting to think about the work stuff I have to do before that point. At least I don't have any big papers for grad school due between now and July 20th.
Rock Band with my staff was really fun today. Unfortunately one of the guitars is missing a piece of the cord, but I got out the keyboard so we could at least have four people playing at the same time. In a way, playing Rock Band took me back to college because there was a group of friends that played it a lot in their apartment. It's a little sad to think that the music/rhythm game type has left the limelight after Guitar Hero, Rock Band, and DJ Hero became less popular. I only wish that there was an easy way to consolidate all of the songs from all of those games into one place so a group could just go to town.
I don't have much else to say, so I should just wrap up and get some sleep. I can't believe it's already Friday. Speaking of Friday, one of tomorrow's holidays is very self-explanatory. I'm referring of course to Don't Step on a Bee Day. Since bees primarily get around by flying, I didn't think there would be a holiday about stepping on bees, but hey, weirder things have happened.
