Exploring Bemidji Anew

Hey everyone. Cue the feeling that the vacation is going by too quickly and the things I talked about in yesterday's entry seem like a week ago. Today ended up being another great day. After breakfast with family friends, I showed Michelle around town, including Art in the Park, which is where vendors come in from around the state and sell their craft. It did seem like fewer vendors were here this year... or at least there were more empty spots where more vendors would go.

I got lunch with a high school friend, but the next big part of the day was my 10-year high school reunion. There ended up being a handful of friends who I talked throughout the reunion/party. There were definitely people that I would have wanted to see, but were elsewhere in the country. Also, Michelle is definitely a trooper because she got to learn some names, ignore some loud classmates, and  be okay with being in a room with a lot of strangers. You could say that I own Michelle a reunion visit.. as well as an apartment move.

I would be tempted to write more, but I've been getting so tired on the roadtrip. We definitely have had long days and chilling at the hotel once everything is said and done is very relaxing. Maybe I can put something together Monday. (I'm driving back to campus tomorrow, so that day is probably out of the question. Speaking of tomorrow, it will be Lake Superior Day and Ice Cream Day. We're actually planning to stop in Duluth to enjoy Lake Superior, so bonus points!
