Hey everyone. I can't say today was all that exciting, since it was the road trip back here. Then again, it's a good thing that today was boring since that means the drive was uneventful with good weather and all of that stuff. I am surprised that I felt as tired tonight as I've been the past nights, even though most of the day was spent sitting in a car.
Michelle and I did spend a little time in Duluth and explore the Canal Park area. I forgot how many little shops and restaurants are in the area, but hey, that's the power of exploration. One of Michelle's bucket list items is to visit/touch every Great Lake, so it was nice to help her with that objective. Plus, spending some time walking around the park certainly broke up the drive.
Tomorrow will be sad since Michelle will fly out in the evening. Fortunately, I have some flexibility with work which means we shouldn't be in a rush with getting her to the airport after a full work day. Even still, I should get some sleep to keep my sleep schedule on track. Let's see... tomorrow will be International Cake Day, World Jump Day, and Moon Day (along with Space Exploration Day).
