Random Tuesday: 50 Questions for Family Road Trip

Hey everyone! Today was a long day, although it included a fun cookout with everyone. Since it's Random Tuesday, let's just jump right into a list of 50 random question written by the same person who wrote last week's list about questions for a date night:

50 Questions for a Family Road Trip

1.  If you were granted one wish, what would you wish for?
-- If I have to stay in the rules of plausibility, unlimited flex plane tickets. Otherwise, the ability to read/write/speak every human language.

2.  What would be a fun, new hobby?
-- I've had a lot of hobbies here and there, so it's tough to pick something that would be new. Hmm... how about grilling. Let's do that.

3.  What is something you do everyday?
-- Eat, sleep, blog, han photos. Yep.

4.  What is your favorite game to play?
-- Definitely a tough decision. When I went gaming on Saturday, my favorite game that I played was the Hobbit deck-building game, so we'll say that.

5.  What one word is fun to say?


-- Penultimate.

6.  If you could cause the extinction of any two creatures, what/who would you choose?
-- Extinction seems a little harsh, don't you think? I mean, everything exists for a reason within our global ecosystem. If I could make sure two creatures were always far away from me, I'll say hornets and wasps, since they are technically different.

7.  What kind of music makes you want to get up and sing?
-- Musical theater or classic rock.

8.  What could you eat ten of?
-- Going with the first thing that came to mind, sour cream donuts.

9.  Who are your two biggest heroes?
-- My mom and sister.

10.  If you went to the video store right now, what video would you want to rent?

-- I definitely read this as "video game store" at first glance. Oops. Anyways, I'd go with Big Hero 6.

11.  Where is the farthest place you ever traveled in a car?
-- My car: Cleveland. Academy Van: Huntsville, Alabama. Bus (no planes involved): Orlando.

12.  Where is the worst place to be stuck waiting?
-- The line at a bathroom.

13.  If you were in line at the deli, what might you order?
-- Good thing I didn't answer deli before. :P Anyways, I'd probably order chicken or turkey with a little kick to it.

14.  Where is the best place to take a family vacation?
-- From my experience, Ireland by far.

15.  What is your favorite kind of doughnut?
-- I think I will stick with my answer above and say chocolate sour cream donuts.

16.  If you could be an expert on any one subject, what would it be?
-- Tabletop Gaming.

17.  What two words come to mind when you hear the word "white"?


-- Hmm... Whale and wash (since "Thar she blows!" is more than two words).

18.  What animal comes to mind when you think of the safari?
-- Lion

19.  What is the most dangerous occupation?
-- Going on tour in the military.

20.  What is the first thing you do when you get out of bed?
-- Check the time and see if I can snooze.

21.  If you were a 'tough guy/girl', what would your name be?
-- I'm not sure why, but Red came to mind.

22.  What are your two favorite ice cream toppings?

-- Andes mints & Crunch.

23.  What is one thing you know more about than any other person in the room?
-- Well, I'm alone in my apartment, so everything. MWA HA HA.

24.  If you had to pick, which o the Seven Dwarfs is most like you?
-- Bashful?

25.  If you could perform one heroic act, what would it be?
-- Save another person's life in some way.

26.  If you could possess one animal-like quality, what would it be?
-- Either flying or breathing underwater. Go big or go home, right?

27.  What is your favorite store to shop at?
-- In terms of big box stores, Target. Other than that, not sure at the moment.

28.  What song would you love to hear on the radio when you're cruising on the highway?
-- "Welcome to the Jungle" or many other show choir songs, for that matter.

29.  What is your best quality about yourself?
-- Willingness to help others?

30.  If someone were to offer you an unlimited supply of one thing (besides money), what would you ask for?
-- I answered this already with plane tickets. If I had to pick a new thing, gas so I could travel.

31.  What is the best thing about being alone?
-- Rocking out with music or games one moment and working on something in silence the next.

32.  What do you never leave home without?
-- Keys, since I don't like leaving my apartment unlocked.

33.  Who is your most admired athlete of all-time?
-- I mean, I'd say Babe Ruth has pretty universal acclaim.

34.  If you owned a professional sports team, what would be your team name?
-- The.... CYBORGS!

35.  What is your favorite Disney movie?
-- Pre-Childhood: Robin Hood. Childhood: Lion King or Aladdin. Teens: Emperor's New Groove. Modern: Wreck-It Ralph. Pixar: Wow, I was just expecting to say the Incredibles, but it would have to fight Toy Story 3, Up, and Wall-E.

36.  What are you thankful you're not doing right now?
-- Studying math as my academic focus.

37.  What is your favorite kind of candy?
-- Take 5 or Crunch.

38.  What is your favorite thing about your country?
-- So diverse depending on where you go.

39.  What animal or insect disgusts you the most?
-- Yeah, this is the type of question I skip because I want to stop thinking about creepy things this close to bedtime.

40.  What is your favorite thing about the beach?
-- The feeling that your only goal is to relax and have fun.

41.  What is the funniest thing you've ever heard of?

-- I don't know. Puns? Tough to answer that one on the spot.

42.  If you could attend any sporting event, what would it be?
-- I know this may be blasphemy since I grew up in Minnesota, but part of me wants to see a home Packers game while I'm living right here.

43.  What is the most comforting sound?
-- Curling up to someone and hearing a relaxed heartbeat.

44.  What is the wildest thing you would consider doing to your hair?
-- I'm not that wild with my hair, so coloring it.

45.  What one word describes your bedroom?
-- Cluttered.

46.  What would make a peaceful man go insane?
-- Having everything he loves taken away from him.

48.  What is the MUST SEE movie out right now?
-- Right now? Avengers: Age of Ultron, no question.

49.  What part of the world doesn't really interest you?
-- The parts of the world where being an American means I could easily become a target or hostage.

50.  What is your favorite activity in the pool?
-- Sitting back and enjoying the good weather.
