As I feel that it's customary with people my age, having vacation/time off of work & regular commitments is a huge temptation to upend your sleep schedule. I was okay, but at the same time, I definitely have been staying up later than I should be. This is especially true since tomorrow and Saturday will be full days of training, including some volunteer work Saturday morning. So, since it's already past midnight and I have a morning that's earlier than normal, I'm going to end it here. I hope to shift things earlier again so that I don't have the mid-afternoon tired, but I know it's going to take persistence.
