Self-Doubt is not a fun time

Hey everyone. I don't think this comes across in my blog that often, but I can end up in a cycle of negative self-talk and doubt and simply put, it's not a fun experience at all. I find that I've been doing this more frequently after starting grad school, especially with the fast pace of the classes. It might be something to chalk up to impostor syndrome but I just find myself doubting what I can do, but also what I have done.

It is something that I'm trying to work on, but it's a process, to say the least. In a way, completing a few grad courses already and getting good grades back is helpful, but it's not solving the problem entirely. I do think some of the recent issue is with this class being focused on diversity in higher education, but that's another blog for another day when I have more time.

Well, that was what was on my mind, so I'm going to wrap it up for today. Tomorrow will be World Pneumonia Day and Fancy Rat & Mouse Day.

DFTBA
