Hey everyone. I mentioned this yesterday, but I feel like my current grad class (Diversity in Higher Ed.) is going to be harder than previous classes. As someone who is considered in the majority for a number of qualities, I'm just not sure how I can best relate to the textbook or even truly experiencing oppression. So... that's fun.
I had thought about how to expand on that this morning, but I'm falling asleep as in. So I need to get some rest. I'm still on duty but I'm certainly looking forward to the weekend. Tomorrow will be National Nachos Day and Saxophone Day.
