College!

Dear all,

Wow, where to even start? These past few days have been exciting, really different, a little nervous, surreal, and just plain cool. My roommate is really awesome (and that's a word he uses very much) and for you YA's, he really reminds me of Dusty. I met a lot of really neat IT Honors people (as well as some stereotypical regular IT people), really fun people from CLA, not to mention random people while waiting for my loft, the ice cream social, and randomly sitting with people at the incredible Middlebrook cafeteria (rah! side note: and that'll be my university work-study job... free food four times a week!). Let's see, here's a list of stuff that's happened over the past few days: meeting people of course, the shoe tree, wandering around Dinkytown trying to find St Lawrence (we were only 15 min's late), getting my job, watching UHF and hanging with people in our room until 4 in the morning, going to Target w/the entire U it seemed, never using the elevator, lofting the beds, Mike's computer "collection", my inferior computer (but just wait until it has a gig of memory), the IT Honors picnic, going to Annie's Parlor, and so much more. Well, I would love to talk, but I have an 815 class tomorrow and I still have to get my notebooks and such ready. I hope everyone is doing well, and for college folk, if you don't have me on facebook, you should (if you have trouble, just tell me to invite you). With that, I'm heading off to bed. Talk to everyone later, take care, and God bless.

-Matt

P.S. Don't worry MusiCampers, I haven't forgotten about you. I'll send my college info soon (maybe tomorrow and if need be, on Mon, Thurs, and Fri, my classes end at noon). Hope you're having fun with school!
