oh Vocalmotive... *tear*

Dear all,

What's the best way I can start out this blog? Oh yeah, Vocalmotive kicked serious butt yesterday (@ Totino)! Let's see, La Voce Ballo got second (which is amazing for only being in its second year), and Vocalmotive got best female soloist (go Vanessa!), best combo, best choreography, best show (which meant they were 1st place based on the prelim round) and GRAND CHAMPIONS!!! This is so awesome! Granted, Hastings wasn't there this year (which would have it so much better), but there were amazing groups (especially Urbandale, which ended up with 1st Runner Up and Best Vocals) there. It was so awesome to go, although I wish more 05'ers could have come and been there.

Let's see... other than awesome show choir, I've been bumming around to a good extent this weekend. Liz and I are going to see Les Mesinas (sp?) at Rarig in an hour or two and then I'll have church/church choir tonight. Oh yeah, and a calc midterm on Tuesday (which will be okay, but I'll feel better after doing the homework and getting my note card made)... Uh, classes have been okay (the physics exam on Friday went pretty well), work has been okay, the film project isn't going as quickly as what I would like, but it happens I guess, and other stuff is going well.
